How to sign up and order with Kraft Kronic ?

Getting your medicine is easier than ever before. Ordering from Kraft Kronic is a simple process. We want to ensure that our customers are taken care of and able to get their medicine. However, we also have a strict policy against selling to minors. You must be 19+ to place an order. For Canada wide mail order, please ensure you are 19+ as you did while clicking YES to enter the site. You may need to show your ID as well if your order ends up at the post office due to not fitting in your mailbox. Thank you kindly for your understanding regarding this very important matter.

Step 1. Make a selection of your products and add them to the cart. We have a $100 minimum order and free shipping of orders over $200

Step 2. You will notice that your products are added to the shopping cart in a line above the product you last selected. You will notice in the top right hand page of the website there is a small shopping icon with the products you selected. If you click on the shopping cart icon you can either view products or click checkout.

Step 3. Fill out the checkout form with your contact and mailing information. For returning customers your information should be automatically saved in the form. Your order will be automatically calculated and total will be listed. Please note in bold red text is the email address etransferkk@gmail.com where you need to send an etransfer otherwise known as Interact Transfer through your online banking. Click here for more information on how to send an e transfer.

Step 4. Send etransfer and you will be required to send a password, the password is: Canada *** NOTE *** your order wont come unless you send e transfer.

Step 5. We send your products that day or by next business day at 2PM. >>> ***NOTE*** DUE TO COVID19 ORDERS ARE TAKING LONGER AT TIMES<<< We always strive to get your order out fast. It will be sent via Canada Post. We will send you a tracking order number via email, be sure to add our email address to safe senders list. *** Note*** Local delivery is for Toronto and GTA. Minimum $100 local deliveries only. Orders must be placed before 4pm for local delivery for same day. Once your package ships, we will provide you with a tracking number. Please note that on occasion, the tracking will say its been delivered but you haven't actually received it yet. Most often, this is because the postal worker has scanned it when picking up the deliveries, but hasn't quite made it to your house yet. Unfortunately, a sad reality is that sometimes parcels are stolen, so please make sure you are home to receive your package or provide a safe location for it to be left. It is your responsibility to ensure a safe spot for your deliveries. Once we provide you with the tracking number we are no longer responsible for your package.

Where is local delivery? Cut off is 4pm for same day delivery between 5pm & 8pm
We have a minimum $100 order policy. Delivery is free with a minimum $200 order. Cut-off is 4pm for same day delivery between 5 & 8 pm. What days do you ship?
We ship products Monday through Friday. If you order over the weekend your order will go out first thing Monday.
Can I cancel, edit, or add to my order?
Once an order has been placed, it can't be changed. If you want something different, you will have to place a new order, and we will cancel the old one, providing it hasn't already been shipped. Any order less than $100 will automatically get cancelled, but we'll send you an email explaining why.
Can I refer a friend to Kraft Kronic?
We'd LOVE that! Honestly, nothing makes us feel better than when you tell your friends about us. We will be developing a 'refer a friend' bonus soon, stay tuned!
What types of payments do you accept?
At this time, we only accept etransfer for payment. Send it to etransferkk@gmail.com. Make the password answer Canada. Your online invoice will contain instructions on what info to include in your transfer. Once your payment has been collected, your order will be processed. Orders received by 2pm EST will be shipped same day.
Do you charge any taxes?
No, all taxes are included in the price.
I havent received my package, what do I do?
If you don’t get your package after two days past the expected delivery date, contact Canada Post. If it is stuck in transit status, it has to be over 30 days before it can be deemed lost. If there’s a trace done, Canada Post will do an investigation which may take 5 business days to finish. If they are able to find the package, they ship it to you and you’ll receive it a few days later. We don’t offer refunds if the package arrives late due to postal issues. Order at your own risk, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages if your order is marked as delivered when tracking. Please make sure you provide us with the correct shipping address. We do not return packages that have an incorrect shipping address. Please let us know if you receive your package at a community mailbox (we will send it with a signature required to prevent theft). We only ship out packages with “signature required” when requested.
The tracking by Canada Post says “Successfully Delivered,” but I haven’t received my package from you.
There are two possible scenarios here: – The postal worker delivered the package to a wrong mailbox – The postal worker scanned the package as “successfully delivered,” but it’s actually delivered the next business day. Canada Post says: An investigation can be done by contacting the addressee to confirm that the delivery took place or to better understand how they receive their mail. The front desk can be checked, mail room, or security room at the address to see if the package was accepted by someone else on the behalf of the addressee. Areas that can be checked: – Community mail box – Around the location to see if the package was left in another location. The mail box should also be checked. In some instances, a delivery scan is entered into our system before the item is delivered. If you believe that the addressee has received the package before we contact you, reply to this email and indicate that the item has been received.
My package was sent with a “Signature Required.” Why was this asked of me?
Any order over $500 dollars is sent with a ‘Signature Required.” If you don’t want this option, leave a note with your order indicating “No Signature required, Please.”
My package is travelling to another city when tracking, why is this happening?
If you’re using Canada Post to track the package, this is likely human error. This can occur because the postal worker may handle the postal code incorrectly. If they are off by one letter or digit, then the package will go to another city. This results in a rerouting delay of 1-2 days before the package is sent to the right destination.
Shipping to Nunavut, Northern Ontario and Northern Quebec
Unfortunately, there are much higher instances of postal thefts when shipping to Northern Quebec, Northern Ontario and Nunavut. We cannot offer any delivery guarantees if you live in these areas and you will be ordering at your own risk. This means you will not receive a replacement package or refund if your package is lost or stolen.
Why doesn’t the tracking number i received from you work?
Either we have sent you the tracking information before it gets scanned in by Canada Post, or the tracking number we sent you has a typo. Confirm the number with us if it isn't working by the next day.
